Set directly on the beach in St Ouen, this Jersey home makes the most of its coastal setting, with sea views and a calm, considered interior throughout.

We installed around 400 m² of Mortex across the ground floor — both bathrooms, the master bedroom and ensuite, and the yoga studio floor — giving a seamless, jointless finish well suited to a home by the sea.

Alongside this, 500 m² of Bauwerk lime wash was applied to walls and ceilings across both floors, including guest bedrooms and hallways, adding a soft texture.
